Villa Mario is located in the vicinity of Pistoia, lovely city of art between Florence and Pisa. The ideal position of the property offers the opportunity to spend a peaceful, relaxing holiday, but it is also an excellent base to explore all parts of Tuscany.
This elegantly restored villa on the rolling and gentle hills of Tuscany has amazing views from the terrace and the large swimming pool (7x14 mts). The pool with its outside shower is situated in a very sunny position to take baths and sun all day long. Table, chairs and barbecue are provided under the patio for outside dining.
This accommodation, builts on three levels, has a total surface of about 600 mts square, is fine style furnished also with many antiques. On the gound floor we find on the left side the large income, the main living room with its vaulted roof, one bathroom; on the other side the smoking/cards room with fireplace, diner room and a very large kitchen with a big galley – laundry room. The diner room has a comfortable access onto the garden where you’ll find table and chairs to dining outside enjoying a superb view.
On the first floor a beautiful library- bed room with fireplace , four large bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the second floor we have one double bedroom, one very large bedroom for four people, one bathroom, the living area, diner room and kitchen.

The land around the villa is about 240 acres and it has olives groves, woodland and a great number of fruit trees . Discover the property through the beautiful walks around here… There is also a very large terrace with veranda where relaxing with a good book, dining 'al fresco' having nice chats or enjoying the stunning view immersed in the peace and quiet of the Tuscan’s countryside… immersed in secular olive groves, Villa Mario makes you experience the atmosphere of old times.

The front of the villa has a garden and a patio where in summer is used as dinner barbecue for many people.
For guests's use only the large swimming pool, situated in a natural terrace with a stunning panoramic view, outdoor areas and many paths in the wood for relaxing and beautiful walks.A large fenced parking is available on the grounds of the estate.

The second floor, has also an independence entrance, is made of 2 big bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 livingroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
